Since 2007, our family farm has been dedicated to raising the highest quality tasting chicken, pork, turkeys and free-range eggs you will find locally.  Our animals are fed only USDA Certified Organic Feed, fresh air, sunshine and fresh grass.  We never use antibiotics or hormones.  Please email or call us if you have any questions.

We are taking orders for 2012 Holiday Turkeys.  There is a $30 deposit to hold your turkey. 

• Heritage Turkey $7.50/Lb
• Broad Breast Auburn $5.50/Lb

What is a LRHF Meat Share?

Check out our CSA.  Our CSA Members get First Priority.

Your pre-payment, will entitle you to a "share" of our farm animal’s products.  You will receive amonthly share box with a variety of our finest quality meats/eggs.  Monthly share boxes are delivered frozen, so be prepared to properly handle frozen meats.  Eggs are not frozen but should be kept cool

Share Information:

• Half Share is approximately enough meat/eggs for 2-3 people per month, estimated product value $85 per month.  (Includes pork, chicken and eggs)
•  Full Share is approximately enough meat/eggs for 4-5 people per month, estimated product value $125 per month.  (Includes pork, chicken and eggs)

Important Information:  The total weight of meat products varies depending on quality of cuts and processing methods.  We consider the product value to be a more truthful measure.  We make every effort to provide the equivalent value to what you would spend at our farmers markets.

 We do offer share boxes without pork, please specify this at the time you order. 

 A Shared Commitment:

When you sign up, you are a dedicate customer for the session you have chosen to participate in, thus providing us a secure.  LRHF will be dedicated to being your farmer and providing you with a variety of pork, chicken, turkey and eggs.  Please remember, meat/egg products are extremely perishable.  It is your responsibility to pick-up or arrange for pick-up of your box in your absence.
